I’ve been coming to Allure Nail Salon with my mom for regular appointments for a long time, and we absolutely love it! It’s always easy to get an appointment, and we’ve never had a problem walking in either. Everyone on the staff is friendly, talented, and does a great job. I especially love having my nails done by Wendy and my pedicures with Tim; they’re both wonderful! Allure is our go-to salon, and I highly recommend them!
I came in expecting the friendly service I’d received in the past. I learned Tweety was no longer there, and unfortunately my interaction with the technician assigned to me felt dismissive and unwelcoming. Simply rude. I decided to leave before beginning my service and told her never-mind and that she wasn’t very nice. She proceeded to say some things to me in her home language as I left. Best salon in town! It’s clean, and they are honest about their pricing.
Great service
So disappointed with my experience. I paid $62 (tip included) to get my nails done with builders gel and 4 of them broke off in less than a week. I was told they would last 2-3 weeks. I went into get one of them fixed after it fell off after only 3 days but as they kept falling off, it was not worth my time to go back. They were not apologetic when I went in either. They also filed my nails down so much after repeatedly telling them not to. The whole point of builders gel is to strengthen your nails. Now my nails are left so... read more
