Very poor craftsmanship and disappointing service overall. The nails were poorly executed—flat, lacking structure, and generally sloppy. When we calmly pointed out specific issues we didn’t like, the technician questioned our feedback instead of fixing the problems. On top of that, the final price was higher than what was advertised online, with extra charges added in without clear explanation beforehand. I am visiting family for the holidays and needed a new full set for upcoming family events. I went to a competitor’s salon in the Target parking lot, and I was absolutely mortified by my experience AND results - I can’t even post the photos here. One week later, I saw reviews online for Allure/Yen and called to schedule with Yen right away. Upon arrival, the entire staff were so gracious and welcoming and the facility was well maintained. This is now my go-to Nail Salon. Yen and the Allure crew are spot on every-time. The service is fast and the staff are very friendly. I also appreciate the clean atmosphere and music in the background. I recently started coming to this spot and love the work they do on my nails each time. I always leave happy. I just do regular or gel polish too, I don’t do acrylic, and it comes out so beautiful and professional. Thank you Allure
I have gone here three times now and I have had a great experience every time. Kimmi does a great job on my nails and Hanah gives the best pedicures I have ever had. The salon is always really clean and all the staff that I have had interactions with have been very pleasant, welcoming, and helpful.
