10:30am pedicure appointment. Was immediately sat down but ignored for over 30 minutes. Was also short changed time in the chair after they finally did get started. Not an enjoyable experience.
Really pissed I paid $45 for a rushed gel manicure that looks like a 4 year old painted my nails & skin.
Great service and detail.
There’s no point in making an appointment. We waited 40 mins and they still didn’t get to us. Someone was able to give my daughter a pedicure but she was rude, rough and rushed through it. Never again will I go back!
I had to go back for them to fix them because they were too thick, some nails were bigger than others and the color wasn’t the one I asked for. They got mad because of that and were kind of rude. They still don’t look good ha cause the almond shape is not done correctly.
