My appointment was exactly for 2:30pm with Belinda. I got there at 2:29pm and checked in by 2:30pm. I sat down waiting until exactly 2:53pm .Belinda didn’t tell me she was running late with another customer nothing. She just had me waiting with no regard for my time. I finally asked when am I going to be seen at 2:47pm and they said she’s almost done.
