Was denied service rudely at the door by Noelle who was the only one working there at that time. I asked her for a manicure and she said no rudely and shook her head and didn't even give me a reason why until I asked her why. She could have at least told me I could wait 10 mins or whatever it may be for her to be done, but instead she shut me down and didn't care to service me period. So I took my business elsewhere after being a routine customer of there for years.

I have been going to Allure for years. A few months ago, I was having a pedicure and my stylist injured the side of my foot. I didn't realize how bad it was until a few days later and went to urgent care. When I showed the pictures of the injury to one of the lead stylists, she hugged me and said she was sorry and would take care of me at my next appointment. This has been my go-to nail salon for years however my last two appointments have been really frustrating. I had an appointment at 11am on a Sunday which is when the salon opens I waited until 11:30 and no one showed up to open. I was not contacted to explain or reschedule. I then scheduled myself for two weeks later at 9:45 on a Saturday hoping being after open time would ensure availability.
