I have been coming to this salon for a while, but after today’s experience, I will never return. I was only 5 minutes late because I was stuck behind road construction for over 15 minutes. I called multiple times to let the salon know, but no one answered. When I arrived, I was told I could only receive one of my two booked services. Once the policy was explained, I accepted it. I have become a regular here because everyone is skilled and super friendly and the place is tidy and clean. They offer Dazzle Dry which is my “go-to”. Ask for Jen or Q !
Does anyone else have an issue with this nail salon where they don’t paint your entire nail?? This is the second or third time I’ve left there with my nails not entirely painted (wanted to give them a few chances before writing a review….)
