I came in requesting a simple shape change for my nails and was told they were completely booked with appointments and could not take me. I asked how long the wait would be and was told they were full. Shortly after, another customer walked in without an appointment and requested a pedicure. I overheard her confirm that she did not have an appointment, yet she was immediately seated in a pedicure chair. This felt inconsistent and unprofessional. Guys please read reviews before you go to places. I didn’t. Terrible customer service, not personable, act like they are doing you a favor. Why do my feet look i did them at home after paying for a service that was supposed to clean my feet up. Was going to get a full set too. Not! I’ll take my money somewhere else
I only wanted to get 1 nail repaired so I came in & asked if they had my color which is just a milky white 161..the lady was rude told me I should go to the nail shop that did them..smh..crazy part is I have never been in the shop before but she treated me as if I had stole her husband..she was very rude didn't even look or let me look for the color or any options like a glitter..smh..I live in clinton & i will never stop again i will also tell anyone I know not to go..rude for no reason, unfriendly & not professional at..
My first visit. The customer service was basic, neither great not terrible. I got a pedicure and that was ok, not great. I also got a gel manicure and that's where the problem is. It was rushed and the final product was bad. No attention to details with a clean look. Just doing anything! They got me but they will not get me again! I will not be back. There are other nail salons in the area that do better work.
UGH- HOW do you mess up a French tip so bad. I hate my nails. There are literally pieces of cotton stuck underneath. She charged me $75. 1st photo is what she gave me, 2nd photo is what I asked for. I want a refund.
