UGH- HOW do you mess up a French tip so bad. I hate my nails. There are literally pieces of cotton stuck underneath. She charged me $75. 1st photo is what she gave me, 2nd photo is what I asked for. I want a refund.

To my three million viewers, here we go. I went to ALLURE NAILS today. ALLURE should stand for: Avoid Lousy Looking Unsatisfactory Rushed Experience Guys, just look at my nails—$50 gone! The nail tech, Mary, even had the audacity to ask if I wanted to leave a tip. My jaw dropped. I said, “Absolutely not.” (Side note, I ALWAYS TIP) I wanted to cry. I have been to this establishment before and I’ve been satisfied with the service. This review is specifically regarding the hours of of operation. According to the information on Google maps you are opened every day. However when you go in person, the store is closed on Sundays. Please fix this so that people aren’t wasting their time.
