Be sure to calculate the price of your services using their price menu book. The price they tell you is not consistent with advertised prices and significantly higher. They told me their price book (that they gave me) was outdated but I made them honor it. Glad I did because the SNS chipped overnight and a whole nail came off the next day. The guy with small teeth did them and did not want to repair it. He did it but skipped some steps even after I called him out for it.
Got a pedicure today. The technician was rushed, sloppy, yanked my feet around, and barely said a word. No real massage 1 minute 39 seconds, a 40 second sugar scrub—even though I paid for both. The whole thing lasted 2 minutes and 31 seconds. I timed it. I didn’t leave a tip, and that should say everything. I won’t be back.
