The bathroom is gross and the girl was rough and cut me. She did give a good massage but I also paid $60 for a pedi with regular polish
One of the best nail salons in Burke. Ms. Jojo was phenomenal and did my design perfectly. I will absolutely be going back for more!
Been going here for a while (5+ years) off and on. Used to be my favorite nail salon in the area, because of the great service, skill, and cleanliness! It used to be, they would bring out a sterilized/cleaned pack of tools, but recently I’ve noticed they are using tools pulled directly out of their stations. Rude and very unprofessional experience with Amy/staff. It was a slow evening around 6 pm, Amy was doing my nails and 2-3 of her co-workers came to sit next to her while she was doing my nails, they were talking SO loud, laughing, chatting for 45 minutes until some customers walked in. Amy rushed my service, did a terrible job and tried to charge $20 extra for a normal French tip, I will never return here.
Rude staff, if I'm paying $100+ for a service the least you can do is have some manners. I will take my business to the hundreds of other salons in the DMV.
