Been here a couple of times and suspected they were not cleaning or sanitizing equipment. Confirmed that at my appointment today. She didn’t even clean the cuticle cutter she pulled it out of a drawer and put it right back in the drawer once she finished. The bowl she soaked my hands in? She emptied out the water and put it right back on the shelf. Absolutely disgusting.
I absolutely love Nelly! She does an excellent job on my nails and is very gentle with my sensitive feet.
We had a great experience here. The service was very friendly, and they went above and beyond by accommodating an extra person who joined our group at the very last minute. We really appreciated their flexibility!
Very nice and clean nail bar. I had my acrylic removed because wanted to switch to Builder Gel. Hannah did an excellent and very patient job. Will definitely be back for the refill!
Super rude and unprofessional, specifically Le. I walked in to get my polish removed, and one of the ladies told me to wait a couple minutes. Le walked over and told me the salon was busy and they couldn’t do it, even though it was completely empty. I was willing to wait and she didn’t even offer. She was purely focused on the other customer getting a new set.
