Not great. See picture. Very sloppy. I was handed a menu upon arrival. I said - the basic is fine. The tech snacked the menu from me and did this very sloppy job. Looked the same as when I went in. So sad.

The salon is lovely, the service was nice, except for one thing...the main reason I went in was for two ingrown nails. After several attempts to tell her they still hurt during the service, she wasn't making any effort to cut them out. Just gentle poking around with the cuticle tool. Now, after $100, my toes still hurt. Very disappointed.
Been here a couple of times and suspected they were not cleaning or sanitizing equipment. Confirmed that at my appointment today. She didn’t even clean the cuticle cutter she pulled it out of a drawer and put it right back in the drawer once she finished. The bowl she soaked my hands in? She emptied out the water and put it right back on the shelf. Absolutely disgusting.
