I would give this salon zero stars if I could. My appointment was rescheduled three times, twice with less than an hour’s notice. The aesthetician, Gabby, was fully aware I was leaving for a trip but kept cancelling. The final cancellation was due to a “family emergency,” yet she was three hours away from Brownsville and still waited until less than an hour before my appointment to cancel.
