She’s so rude and disrespectful never in my life had an issue with booking an appointment before. The amount of attitude this lady has ( the owner) She hanged up on me cause I asked if I can pay with cash. She seen a picture of me I send her of my skin tag and she knows I’m brown she’s racist . If your a women of colour do not go there !

So confused and frustrated. I had the treatment for milia removal a few months ago and remember she told me she will expect me again for another appointment if I have it again. I called her for another appointment but she just told I was difficult case and hung up and didn’t pick up the call. I was going to have other service as well, so surprised at her attitude in Oakville. Never experienced like this in Canada as well.

Nicole has been super at advising me on how to hydrate my skin to have a healthy glow.
