Former owner. Lived at Allure for 3 years + and this was my experience.. This high‑rise was a complete disaster from start to finish. The elevators were broken so often it felt like a running joke—except no one was laughing while waiting 20 minutes just to get to their own floor. The hallways constantly smelled like sewer, and management acted like it was totally normal. And the HOA? Easily the worst I’ve ever dealt with.
