Couple years back I brought a watch in to get fixed, they did so in a timely manner and didn't charge me. My mom brought in several pieces to be repaired and was severed charges since they didn't take much time to fix. Today I brought in the same earring they've already fixed and they wanted to charge me $30 to fix the same issue they fixed last time. She got mad at me stating I was lying about them giving my mother such services! She had a sour mood and I will never be recommending or bringing service back to this business ... read more
Went to resize a Timex expandable watch that I tried to resize myself. The lady said I broke it (which I know I didn’t) and tried to sell me a new band. I left and went down the road to Rialto jewelry who resized it in 10 minutes.
