I had the worst experience EVER, which is unfortunate because I've been to this place before and didn't have an issue until today but it was a big enough issue to NEVER go back. Short story: their nail tech Keisha is one of the rudest people I've met in the customer service industry and she does SHODDY work. Long Story: my teen daughter made an appointment to get a gel manicure, which was performed by Keisha, as part of getting ready for a trip 3 days later. McDonough Salon that has it all! – Converted 1800's cottage turned into a spa! The staff are very friendly and treat you as if you had known them for years. Expert hair and nail techniques are mastered and used. This is the place to have your services done whether it be a simple cut,highly difficult disconnected cut, stacked or that beautiful highlight for the summer.
