I am not a patient at Allure Family Dental, nor have I ever met Dr. Chen. My posting today is regarding a random act of kindness shown to a patient of mine (a senior) who has been struggling with cognitive decline and became lost on the west side on her way to her appointment with me. Not being from Edmonton, she became overwhelmed when she couldn’t remember or figure out how to get to our clinic. They are very kind and delicate Also, reliable
Jenny and Dr Chen are the best. I always hated going to the dentist, I still have extreme anxiety about going.. but these two make it ok. They are kind, understanding and patient. Explain everything, and great with my kids. My husbands said if Dr Chen ever moved, doesn’t matter where we will follow!
