Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? No, they aren't known for being skillful Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No, but they said they were going to! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? No, it is their way or the highway Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, I wasn't impressed

Does this provider always put the customer first? Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? No; the equipment needs to be updated Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, but it seemed extremely out-of-date

The dentist in charge of this practice treated me for several years using the Invisilign braces. I can tell you that I spent thousands with no improvement, and she fought my claims that I still had the exact same problem with my teeth that I had when I arrived. Use her and her practice for routine dentistry only, but never let her or her staff perform any kind of cosmetic work for you.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one
