My stylist was Jimmy, without a doubt I feel took advantage of me as a senior citizen. My eyes are bad and I could not see just how much advantage was going on. After spending thousands of dollars it was brought to my attention what he was doing or not doing but taking my money including very very generous tips. This salon does not deserve a high rating. I love my hair every time I walk out of Allure. My skilled stylist Anna keeps my darkening blonde fresh with her amazing Balayage skills. It always looks natural ! The cut makes me feel like I'm always in style. She makes it fun and I look forward to every visit !
I started coming to Allure a little over a year ago and won't go anywhere else! Hayley is amazing and knows exactly what to do to make my hair absolutely perfect! It's nice to have someone who is so passionate about what they do and have the skills to back it up.
I have come to this salon numerous times, having my blonde balayage done by Lauren. By far- the best service and color I've experienced. I recently moved home to New Jersey and and am highly considering a trip back down to Charleston so she can touch up my hair again. Highly recommend this salon, worth paying for
Regrettably, this was the worst experience I've ever had in a salon. My stylist did a great job with the color - there is no doubt about that. The interior of the salon is beautiful and Huong is a great colorist. They failed to mention additional charges for services that were quite costly and not nearly worth the service I received. I was expecting ~$100 bill and it was nearly double when I checked out. Highly recommend reconfirming prices upon arrival.
