Hey! My experience there was great but I am wondering if I am able to do a refund, I asked if the Jewlery was 100% nickle free and they said it was and I put it in there but then as soon as I got home I started having a reaction, waited a couple days and it got worse, the jewelry is cute, but i just need to return it because the jewelry caused a bad reaction for me personally, so im wondering if that is an option

Julie was very informative and nice. She took the time to teach me to put my nose rings in and take them out… she was overly patient

Brought my sister and niece over to get their ears pierced. Julie truly knows how to keep her customers happy and entertained. The level of customer service she provided the three of us was top tier. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a piercing to go here. Their prices are amazing and great quality products as well. All are hypoallergenic and surgical steel. Thanks Julie !!

All I can say is WOW!!! The service was so amazing. My 4 month old got her ears pierced and I am beyond satisfied with the results. Julie was so experienced with handling baby piercings and also my teenage sister got a second ear piercing and it was soooo pretty. The placing of the piercing was perfect. I LOVE LOVE LOVED the experience.
