Sim is amazing! She’s the reason I keep coming back to this location. She makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed when I’m there. I look forward to my appointments with her every time.

My overall experience with my waxes has been wonderful but the service could use some work. I do feel that the general culture here is deceitful and at times fake. If you decide to not purchase products or membership there is a clear change in mood of the workers. Additionally, if anyone is interested in joining the membership note that there is a 60 day cancellation period. Where you have to email to cancel and wait 2 months before the payments stop. The service was just ok, the girl seemed disinterested in doing her job. I've gotten back wax done at their other location on Danforth a few times and my experience has been exceptional - the ladies seemed more skilled there as well. What really confused me was that she did not apply moisturizer on my back at the end and asked me to do myself. I've gotn this done for a few years now and I've never had anyone tell me to apply the moisturizer myself. I mean how could I? Anyway, not returning
