i liked the service and the interaction prior. then i felt like i was being forced to buy a membership and products and when you say “we can get that set up for you” it implies that it’s complimentary and not almost $40; all of these being asked while i’m exposed on the table mid wax (this could’ve waited, there was no reason that was necessary). and the minute i said no to both, and obviously for that energy i did not tip, the atmosphere changed. i’d rather trek downtown to my regular studio than come back for location and ... read more
Horrible services, I seen how they treat their employees. The poor receptionist was cleaning and answering calls and running around doing it all while the owner sat there gossiping about her in laws. Really hope they step up their game with how they treat others. Prices are so unreasonable will never be visiting them again.
Siman was the best!! Love her
I had an intimate bleaching service with Siman. She was so wonderful and warm from start to finish. Siman made me feel super comfortable in a rather awkward situation. She genuinely cares about how you feel and getting you the best results. I can’t recommend her enough!
