Very great experience. Friendly and very helpful staff. They worked with us to accommodate for bad weather. They also told us how to get to some amazing places to snorkle in crystal clear water and see amazing wildlife.
These guys hit a home run on customer service. We rented a SUP and had some bad weather on our rental day, and the folks at Allure went way out of their way to accommodate us. They didn't have to, but they did because they wanted to make sure we had a great experience. And they deliver and pick up for free! Can't say enough about them. I highly recommend renting from them.
The service was excellent. I took my 88 year old father and the men were so helpful and patient getting by Dad in the boat. Couldn't ask for better service. I live in Venice and would drive down here again to rent a boat.
They were the best gentlemen!! We took my father-n-law out on a boat, they helped him get in and out and were very kind and patient. Boat was very clean and it was a blast!!!
Always the best!!!! We are returning again this year to celebrate our sons birthday. We always have the best time. Staff is great and always have fun. The let us know some tips and help with life jackets. Never once have we had a problem .
