Went in to inquire about an all over color refresh for my hair, just wanting to find a new salon for myself after moving up from the cities. The woman I spoke with was decently rude and they only do “natural” colors for people, specializing in blondes. I didn’t realize that the red hair I naturally grow is what they would consider “crazy colored” and “unnatural”. I wound up leaving pretty frustrated with the woman. My husband had only amazing things to say about his stylist, Becki. I asked him who can I see there to have the same experience!? He recommended a stylist who is no longer at the studio. I would love to know where she went because I have only heard great things about her! Heard she was let go abruptly, know where she went?
Great service, Shelley was awesome! She explained things, was friendly, and took very good care of me. Great overall experience!
