Great experience and nice staff they did a great job would recommend!
I made an appt and then when I walked 5 min earlier a person without even greeting told me that I’m late Then when I told her my appt time , she told me to wait. Then she started to help another person for pedicure, who walked-in after me. 15 min passed and I did not see happening. No one would have courtesy of telling to wait longer nor an apology. When asked how long more she said 2mins , but pedicure was not half way done. So 2min may have turned into another 20-30min Why do they make an appts for? Very unprofessional and... read more
