Had a tough experience all around here - I had gotten a shoulder length bob haircut a week prior from a different salon in the city and it was a too heavy. I called to make an appointment to have it thinned out, the receptionist said she would pair me with their master stylist and that a dry cut was $70. When I got there I explained than I just wanted the ends thinned out, and the stylist proceeded to add the most insane texturizing to my hair that she ended up having to cut off another inch just to even it out.
