Great location with affordable rent. The community has everything you need, including ample parking, two swimming pools, and a gym. The management is friendly, responsive, and professional.
One of if not the worst apartment complex I have ever lived. If you have a dog good luck with maintenance requests because they don’t like to communicate with you and will just cancel your request if it doesn’t accommodate their times. They changed maintenance teams and the new one isn’t any better than the last, honestly would rather prefer the other maintenance team, More communicative and friendly. I am also getting charged an eviction fee and my contract isn’t even up yet! 🤭🤣 can’t wait to leave
I don't write reviews very often, but I wanted to recognize Allure Apartment team members who truly made a difference during a difficult time. A few week ago, my refrigerator ice machine was leaking. Enrique is a very good person unique style of working and he’s always there reliable when we really needed him. We really thank God for this person because without him a lot of things would have not got done in a manageable time capable amount of time. He’s always there give this man a raise he deserves it. I’ve only lived here for five months, and maintenance has been one of the biggest problems from the beginning. Before we even moved in, there were several issues that needed to be fixed, including a ceiling fan, closet shelves, and most importantly, a clogged kitchen sink and a broken garbage disposal. Since we moved in over the weekend, we had to wait several days before maintenance came.
