This is my 3rd review of 5 🌟 for Allure. Their maintenance guys are really great. I've had good experiences with April & the office pretty consistently too! But special shout out to my 2 favorite maintenance guys who over 5 yrs have fixed every little thing I bother them about! Very good people. Yes, there are bad tenants. But I've never seen them last long. There was a case of DV in my bldg that was disturbing to have to hear. Residents at Allure at Tempe Apartments is a positive living experience. It’s very clean and well maintained except some pet issues. Office managements are very cooperative.

L place, L management, wouldn’t recommend living here unless you want to deal with actual children and people who don’t even know what they’re doing in the office. My first couple months living here there was a whole shenanigan with them locking cats in the building walls and not getting them out until called out. The manager and assistant manager are INSANELY rude and inconsiderate to others, with everyone else in the office not even knowing you need an ID to set an appointment. VERY VERY VERY unprofessional crew.
