I’ve only lived here for five months, and maintenance has been one of the biggest problems from the beginning. Before we even moved in, there were several issues that needed to be fixed, including a ceiling fan, closet shelves, and most importantly, a clogged kitchen sink and a broken garbage disposal. Since we moved in over the weekend, we had to wait several days before maintenance came. I could go on about the many things wrongs with this place but this is about the roaches. I understand it’s Tempe and there’s gonna be bugs. What I don’t understand is the MANDATORY 25$ pest control fee. They give you the run around about pest control stopping by meanwhile there’s an infestation building. They’re on my silverware, in my pantry, in my dishwasher, behind the stove, in my shower under my sink. When he finally did come by he places 2 roachs traps and left.
