I love this office. Staff are professional and kind and have a real sense of urgency. I needed urgent, last-minute attention and they delivered, working hard to work me in even when my usual physician was out of office. In less than 5 hours from my requesting to be seen, I was picking up my prescription. Cannot recommend this place enough!
Dr Wang was very kind and attentive. Although it was very obvious her and her team were busy, they still took time to listen to my questions and concerns and I did not feel rushed! I was able to get in to an appt next day when an issue came up for me. And now it’s the day after and I already feel so much better ! I had a great experience ! Highly recommend.
The absolute best dermatologist ever is Dr. Heitmiller. She truly is the best in the field. I’ve been to so many dermatologists in the Bay Area and in the OC/SD area, and no one compares to the level of care and expertise Dr. Heitmiller provides. I currently attend school in San Diego, and I highly suggest you never see a dermatologist there. OMG I love this place. From the person who checks you in to the person who checks you out. Such great customer service. I went in to get some fillers with Dr. Maltz. He is my favorite doctor. Dr Maltz makes sure you're comfortable and you're happy with the treatment. He is so good at his job. His assistant who helped him at my appointment was also great. So if you're looking to get some cosmetic work done. Check out Allura. This doctor office has great customer service.
Dr. Chui was very professional and informative. She performed a successful Mohs surgery and explained procedures as she went along. Her assistant, Josh, was helpful and friendly with his follow up steps to take post surgery. I felt comfortable and would recommend this team.
