The staff is amazing and they make you feel so comfortable. You can ask them 10,000 questions and they will answer them without hesitation. I went to Allure Spa today for Botox and a lip flip, and I couldn’t be happier! The staff was so warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The space is beautiful, clean, and relaxing, and everyone made me feel completely comfortable. Brooke explained everything clearly and took such great care of me. The service was truly impeccable, and I can’t wait to see my results. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Allure Spa to anyone looking for amazing care and results!
As someone who has received aesthetic treatments for years, I recently moved and can occasionally be an anxious client when it comes to trusting someone new. With that being said, I am so grateful to have found Allura. Everyone who I have encountered has been amazing. They are so kind, knowledge, eager to help, and I look forward to my monthly visits. I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. It has been almost two months of going back and forth to fix a job that was done incorrectly, and it is still not resolved. At this point, I no longer have confidence in your services. I am canceling my membership effective immediately and I expect a full refund for the inadequate work and the time I have lost. Please confirm the cancellation and the refund process as soon as possible.
