Honestly, seeing the other reviews makes me wonder if those are real people or employed by the complex! The new ownership that took over the complex is a stereotypical slumlord. They are slow to respond to tenant complaints (expect your plumbing issue to take months to be addressed) and rarely upkeep the premises (as evidence by the dog poop everywhere and the grass that is never cut). By far the worst place I have ever lived. Total dump! Units are old and run down that need major repairs. Office staff and property manager are the rudest and most worthless bunch of people I have ever dealt with. Maintenance issues take forever to get dealt with. When they finally get around to dealing with maintenance repairs they do it the cheapest way possible which leads to more issues later. Moving here has been the worst mistake of my life and I could not be more miserable. I love the location, but the maintenance here is non-existent. I can honestly say, that in the year and a half I have live here, I have never had a working air conditioner. I complain about it, they send out an air conditioning tech that recharges it. It works great for ten day and then I spend the next three weeks in 80 degree apartment waiting for them to send another tech and the cycle repeats. Wanted to recognize the Marcus in maintenance, in the Naperville apartments. He has always been very helpful, and really good and knowledgeable at fixing things around the apartment.
