When we visited Bayside Arbors we were pleasantly surprised with the full attention regarding the staff and management. They answered all of our questions and were very helpful with our decision

Many recent reviews are not for Bayside Arbors as a property. They are for a maintenance person who asks you to rate him on google. Then you find out that you’re giving the credit to the new owners of Bayside, not him. Keep that in mind while reading reviews. I haven’t had a working dishwasher in over a month. Yes, an entire month. Lucky you! If you’re reading this comment consider this fate because I wish someone would’ve been honest before we made the biggest mistake of our lives!!! Don’t move here Where do I start. First off idk how KATIE is even in customer service being she feels she can talk to people however she wants. Honestly I lived there for 3 years and I couldn't wait to get out. The property is good, nothing to say about that, but the staff is getting worse and worse as time passes by. At some point we had a renovation on the apartment, that took them weeks to get done, we had to call several times saying it was unfinished until they returned. Our apartment was smelling cigarettes, probably because someone from the same unit smoked inside their apartment, we told the office, but they never did anything. Community its self isn't terrible to love at. Typical neighbor noise and loud music but it's to be expected. Old management used to actually go knock on doors when you had a noise complaint. I'm talking 6-730 am having your apartment shake from your neighbors basey music or video games. Dog friendly, but youlld find dog shit everywhere since hardly no one pics up after their dog. I debated on sharing my story because we were seeking legal action with the apartment complex, but I feel it is something that others should be fully aware of. We had a wonderful tour with Brittany and signed our lease the same day. Unfortunately, that’s the only good experience we had at this complex. The uptown Dallas apartments L2 Uptown presents itself as luxury Dallas apartments. Since the takeover by the Connor Group on May 19, 2020, our opinion on the value of these luxury apartments in Uptown has decreased significantly. Please do not be fooled by these positive reviews. Look at the YELP reviews for honest opinions about this facility. My husband and I have been sadly disappointed by the quality of service provided at these condos. We had a one year lease with the option to go to month to month and this option was retracted 3 months before our current lease has expired! I loved living here when they had an adequate Property Manager. MK was always on top of maintenance to address work orders in a timely and professional manner and Mike was great with explaining what needed to be corrected when something broke in the apartment. He would always help dig out cars if need be in the winter. Since Michelle took the property over in Jan. of 2019 nothing has been addressed and the property is now poorly maintained (that's putting it nicely).
