enjoyed living at the apartment complex. Though after living in my own home for over thirty years there were a ton of things to get used to. Unfortunately, all good will is gone. The “estates” at new Albany “luxury apartments” is the biggest laugh you’ll get after living here for a year. Constant screaming children in the streets, maintenance problems monthly, and a slow increase in your utilities bill over the time you live here will make you realize what a mistake it was. sad that every aspect here has gone down the toilet. old management day 6 to 8 guys they 1 or 2 now. the office workers not all but a few are very rude unprofessional and condescending . i got a 330 dollar bill. i never had gotten before .i walked into the office not upset, but JENi think .calls me over her attitude immediately elevated mine, she wanted me to sit. i declined ,she didnt want me standing over her desk fair enough so i backed off a few, i said what is this bill. now without even looking at said bill. she dismi... read more

Deserves NEGATIVE 10!! The new management O'CONNOR Group r slum landlords. The front office is only to show apartments NOT to assist current tenants! Note that the good reviews r from tenants who just moved in & that's because the front office begs them to write a good review! Tenants can NEVER have a matinenance issue resolved! I was threatened I would be homeless if I didn't sign their new lease even though I had a current lease in place! Front office is rude & thinks they can intimidate the tenants. Matt our service technician was incredibly helpful when our furnace needed repaired. He was kind and courteous and helped repair a few other things around the apartment. We appreciate that level of professionalism in our apartment complex's staff.

I have lived here for the past 18 months and I absolutely love it. Its peaceful, pet friendly with state of the art gym and pool. Very friendly staff, prompt attention to all my requests. I'm really blessed to be in such a friendly and caring environment , with all that is happening in the world/pandemic. Rooms are spacious , equipped with all the amenities I need. Thank you Amy , Lucy , Brad and everyone who works here, You are amazing

Everything was fine until Connor Group purchased the property late last year. Major repair request do not get fixed. Staff is rude. The do not respond to your emails. They hiked rent up at least 300.00 and now telling tenants who were not paying near that amount. I only pay 1198.00 that they are not renewing lease and to vacate at end of lease. These apartments are not worth 1500.00. They are not updated. That is why they are offering discounts off 2 months rent for move ins. They are awful cold hearted people
