Let me start with the good: The Apartment itself is solid. No complaints! That’s where the good parts end. The staff has been neglectful, rude, and deceptive through out my stay here. I had to talk to them no less than SIX times to get them to change my contact e-mail because I was not receiving important communications from the apartment. This ultimately resulted in me being towed twice due to policy change that I was not made aware of. They had the audacity to tell me “they were working on getting you your money back”... read more
