In the beginning they were great! Terrible at finding replacement coverage and coverage for the weekends. Office administrator is a piece of work . Very rude and shouldn’t be involved in home care. I had 10 different case managers for the first year and the last one was a total jerk! During my sons hospitalization they discontinued services from under me with no written notice which prolonged my sons admission in the hospital. Terrible company!
