Avoid these slumlords. Impossible to get them to fix anything, they come in your apartment without notice which is illegal, and generally are onyl concerned about squeezing as much out of you as possible.
**DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! This company is, by far, the most corrupt that I've ever seen. They took over managing where we had (at the time) lived for 12yrs. They demanded a "move out fee" over $800 (started at $1500) when they forced us to move 4 doors down. This paid for reno they did when we moved out (painting, carpet removal, etc). They refused rent unless we paid it. We had no lease with them at the 1st unit (finished out prev lease). The owners recently changed co's thankfully.
