Can't agree more with the woman that says he is arrogant. All he does is talk about himself and how he conducts business. In this market anyone can sell a home but make sure you do your homework on this guy not even in the top 50 realtors in RI. If your going to be cocky atleast back it up.

Andy Goult is rude, unprofessional, and difficult to work with. He restricts his showings to saturdays only and won’t accommodate your schedule to view a showing on another day. Andy also insults you if you ask to fill out an application before viewing a unit. Avoid this guy at all cost.

My partner and I had a great experience with Ed Duffy! He is super easy to work with, helpful, and is extremely organized. Buying a first home can be stressful, but knowing Ed was on top of it put us at ease. The closing could not have gone smoother! I would highly recommend Alltown Real Estate to any buyers or sellers in Rhode Island.

Have worked with Ed at Alltown four times now. Always very professional and courteous plus he goes the extra mile to make sure everything goes smooth. My recent home sale Ed discovered an error on the closing documents that would have cost me $4,200! The buyers picked the closing attorney so not sure if they were trying to pull a fast one or what but Ed saved me!
