Ripped off!!! Purchased a car wash when filling up, go over to car wash. Code doesn't work, then out of order was displayed on the machine. No problem, I will just go get my money back. WRONG. The girl couldn't refund the money back to my card. I have to come back when a manager is there, huh??? I need to come back to be reissued a credit back to my card, have that make sense. The workers at Dunkin Donuts and the Gas Station can not be washing their hands right as I have ran the water in the bathroom and it is cold. With seventeen new viruses two of which came out of Logan air port you would think the importance of having good hand hygiene would be acknowledged…. Then when I mentioned the staff at Dunkin’ Donuts caught a raging attitude and told me to use another Dunkin’ Donuts.. well how about the establishment pay the hot water bill.. because it is not sanitary to wash your hands with ice water ... read more
The card reader on gas pumps is archaic and incredibly difficult to get to accept my card. Locks card into reader and you can’t get it out. Definitely needs updates, but I’m sure the owners are cheap.
