9pm the guy working at the register is jumping up and down rubbing his head and freaking out screaming he has autism to someone who asked him to call his manager. I will drive a bit further down the road next time.

I've been stopping here almost every night on my way home from work for a few months now Tonight was the worst attitude I have ever gotten from an employee. They are always constantly sitting down at the tables on their phones. And no customer service personality whatsoever. It is also only 7:30 PM. How is lottery closed? I will just drive a little further down the road from now on.
Just a big ZERO service and attitude for Dunkin.
Today (06/08/24) is the fourth time I've walked in at 00:30 with no worker in sight. The Dunkin employee was there and had to answer everyone's questions every 3 minutes, felt bad for him. The place is unlocked, lights on and no one stopping anyone from being able to grab something and leave. It's really odd and needs to be looked into
