Used Alltimate Home Improvement to refurbish a outdoor deck that covers a concrete parking pad. Bad choices by this contractor during the refurbish and very shoddy work (two examples shown of railing boards). Deck was supposed to be waterproof at completion and leaks worse than it did before any work was done to it. Would not recommend using this individual.

Caution!!!! Do NOT use this contractor unless you want liens placed against your property. He uses subcontractors and doesnt pay them for the work performed yet still collects money from the home owners leaving the subcontractors with no choice other than to file liens on the property where work was performed. DO NOT USE!!! Passes hot checks!
