Feel bad for my wife. She has been dealing with Jim and his lack of response to fix our roof despite having a warranty. Warranty should be honored in a timely manner. We cannot wait on a roof repair especially with kids. Would not recommend
2021. I got a roof repaired by Jim . Jim himself who is a nice guy, came out and took a look. Since then, I’ve had numerous issues with my rooftop and multiple leaks, and he is either very slow to respond to the point where I have to call somebody else or just does not respond despite giving me a guarantee for five years. Would not recommend
Received a warranty on roof and never heard from Jim. Paid nearly $3000 and now I’m left with a rooftop that continuously leaks and a ceiling and paint repair. I wish you would just give me my money back because I’ve spent way more trying to fix this without success
