It's not possible to rate this company low enough on "Expertise, Professionalism, and Promptness" because they fail on all fronts. We have been dealing with this company since June (5 months) to accomplish warranty repairs. "Rob" was the person supposedly overseeing our job. He has yet to return phone calls, as promised. When reached, his typical response is "Oh, yeah, we've been swamped here." Parts that we were told would be in in August became Sept, then Oct, Nov. I am very pleased with the professionlism of everyone I talked to at this company. Everyone was very courteous. My air conditioning went out and when I called they scheduled me for the first appointment they had. They called me to let me know the technician was on his way, giving me the opportunity to leave from work and meet him there instead of taking off several hours and just waiting for his arrival. Don't use this company DON'T use this company. Before they start working on your appliances, you have to sign a damage waiver. Their technicians are either incompetent or novice. And once they messed up beyond repairs, they used the waiver to get out of the mess. I called them to fix my vent hood. It's a stainless steel Zephyr Savona chimney style. The tech put the tube back very crooked, but he ignored it until i pointed out to him. He came back a few days later and took the whole day fixing it. This time he put a dent on t... read more
