Called for an estimate on how much they’d charge to replace a mitsubishi a/c unit. So he comes out on the morning of April 25th and says the process is that he’ll go back to office after looking everything over and that I’ll get an email with the estimate. I called Monday April 28th inquiring about the delay in receiving my estimate and the guy who answered didn’t have a clue, even after I told him someone came out on Friday. He then transferred my call to a line where nobody picked up the call. Waste of time!
We needed to replace an air conditioner and exchanger and we were referred to Alltemp Air Conditioning in Maui. They provided a quick reasonable quote and did the work quickly. Their installation staff were professional and extremely well mannered and polite. We would highly recommend Alltemp.
Wishing we could write something positive but pretty disappointed with this company. They’re quick to respond and make appointments but cancel a lot on their jobs. We’ve been cancelled on a few times and rescheduled and it’s extremely frustrating. We’ve had an AC leaking off and on for 6 months now and they can’t seem to repair or possibly know how to even fix this issue. I wouldn’t recommend this company sadly they’ve let us down and we’ve given too many chances. Please don’t waste your time or money with them!
