Terrible attitude, lady did not know her job. – I own a new LG Glimmer, AWESOME phone except for the ringtone problems. The phone only has one speaker which is the one you hold to your ear so it has a progressive ringone that doesnt reach max volume until after 20 seconds. There IS a new patch for this phone provided by alltel that makes the volume reach max in 2 seconds. Called alltel yesterday and they told me I had to go in the store to download the patch.
