I met with JP Bryant, Owner of Alltek at a location for a bid on a TI buildout. They seemed professional at first and kept stringing me along, telling me they were working diligently on my bid. They said they’d almost completed the bid, just waiting on one more quote etc. First thing next week blah blah. In the end they completely stopped responding. JP & Alltek wasted 3 months of our time. EXTREMELY BAD experience. Honestly I should probably sue this construction company. Horrendous subcontractors, and OF COURSE they blame all the shoddy work on bad subcontractors that can't be tracked down. The flooring and cabinets in my business are completely falling apart after only 2 years, they 100% ignored the architecture plans and even argued with my architect as well as the outside engineers I hired to advise on the construction job.
