Came here to diagnose a transmission problem with my truck. Within two minutes of entering the office, I could tell the receptionist was high on drugs. She fell over, knocked boxes of paper all over, ran into the wall and broke a picture frame and then handed it to me and told me to fix it so she could answer the phone. Highly Recommend! I was referred by a x-worker for Transmission rebuilds. Brought them to Alltech my 2009 VW because gears started feeling a delay. I had a dash light on. I was sure it was my transmission. Luckily they diagnosed it and determined all I required was an external adjustment. I brought my son's 2004 Jetta with 149000 miles. It is slipping and they did a great comprehensive diagnosis. It's Saturday and the spent 3 hours giving me personal attention. I really like Marco & his partner Nick. I am going to let them rebuild my son's transmission because I feel like I can trust them without doubt.
My Nissan 2009 Pathfinder had a leak and my gears felt like they were skipping. My husbands brother told us Alltech was really on top of their game, not only that but they reman high performance transmissions with upgrades from the factory. Amazing. I live up north and come down for the winters. Yep, I'm a snowbird. My husband didn't drive down with me so when my BMW 5 series started having shifting issues, I was frantic. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL! Was quoted $350 then when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, was given the run around about the charges and total ended up being close to $500. Nicole (claims she is the owner) gave me several different totals, couldn't explain the charges. She was rude and argumentative. Charges were added to work order and prices crossed out and written over. Basically, had to speak with Mark who informed me that several charges didn't belong.
