Our company has worked with Alltech for years. I appreciate their personal and prompt service. Patti, our sales rep is a gem and Richard, who services our printers is knowledgeable and very personable. You can tell they are dedicated employees who represent the company well and are truly invested in making a difference and working for our best interest.
Pricing isn’t competitive. Rep keeps asking us why we are mad at her. Not professional.
My experience with Patti Trent and Alltech has always been exceptional.
