I was at a Duncan doughnuts Franklin street. A woman wearing an elf hat came into the store. No mask. The store has a huge sign masks mandatory. A person in line asked her to put in a mask. She ignored it Went to pick up her called in order. Got into the face of the poor cashier. Our company has worked with Alltech for years. I appreciate their personal and prompt service. Patti, our sales rep is a gem and Richard, who services our printers is knowledgeable and very personable. You can tell they are dedicated employees who represent the company well and are truly invested in making a difference and working for our best interest.

Alltech has been our source for replacement cartridges for some time. They are always courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt. I received a defective cartridge (it happens,, but never from them!), and emailed to let them know. Within an hour, I had a new cartridge, not only delivered, but delivered by a tech in case there was something wrong with my printer. Super service! Thanks, Alltech!
