I asked the guy who came to service my roller door to get my car out of the garage as I was on my way home and either asked if he can wait 10 minutes but he said no we can’t wait what kind of service is that? And he left without doing anything. At the end from his office they said we only allow 30 minutes service in $180.
WARNING!! WARNING!! WARNING!! Avoid this dodgy business at all costs! They are incompetent, don’t want to honour warranty issues and have thugs working for them THREATENING to come to your house with violent and aggressive intentions and I have the emails to prove it. I had the right to be upset and angry about my house being left insecure for 2 days in a row with a roller door they installed and had nothing but issues since! I have just had two new garage doors installed. The whole process from the first phone call enquiring about a quote to the installation has been excellent. There is not one part of the process which wasn’t done properly and professionally.
Great service with a very knowledgeable tradie. Overall excellent.
