been going there for a few years. and now suddenly they don't take my insurance. and it's been 6 hours since my appointment and they still haven't sent the script over to the pharmacy, provided nothing for the intense pain. only antibiotics
Worst, most incomplete dental visit in 35 years!!...
My Daughter, 2 at the time but now 3, was given sub par care. I asked multiple times about a specific issue with her front teeth. They swore up n down it was damage from too much fluoride. She was taken every 6 months. Diligently had her teeth brushed 2x day and turns out after a second opinion at another dentist specializing in children that she had a mouth full of cavities preventable with proper dental care. My son went to your Office in February. I had a Long talk with the Doctor and him and my son decided on Immediate Denture. He took the impressions!!! Because for the Simple Fact He Knew My Son Has a Psychiatric disorder that affects him, especially at the Dentist. Not a Week Later.... as we waited for the Denture.... he had an episode and was Hospitalized! One of your Secretaries just called me and told me the impressions were never done. I’m not sure why they make appointments. I waited an hour in the chair for a ten minute cleaning that was rushed.
They wont let u in even u have appointment already they said didn’t put your name down dont waste time here
the communication is horrible. they mess up re cementing my bridge and make me wait a month to get back in. in that period of time the bridge came lose and ended up being swallowed
Hire receptionists who don't book your appointment at 2:30pm, blow up your phone all day asking if you can come earlier, then refuse to take you because you drive TWO HOURS FROM FITCHBURG to lowell and "didn't come in early". Then the receptionist lied, looked at me in my face and said the person who was supposed to do your teeth left. But in all reality was she trying to leave because it was "passed her shift" even though they scheduled my appointment for 2:30pm I was "too late for them". I arrived at 2:45pm.
