Excellent service. Always quick to respond and was focused on solving the issue at hand. Was very compassionate with my family’s situation and did everything in his power to help. At the end of it all, the problem was solved! I highly recommend!
Allstates is a great company and I highly recommend. Jacob arrived on time, very courteous and respectful of our house - wore shoe covering. We were hearing scurrying noises in our attic and worried we possibly had a squirrel (or something) nesting up there. Jacob thoroughly inspected the attic and determined we had mice (fortunately not something bigger). He then proceeded to inspect the rest of the house including the basement and outside perimeter.
