If you need a direct mailing from your Corporation (or personally) to your customers, I highly recommend Allstates Mailing Services. I have worked with Manelyn (Manny) and Tina Hoang for 5 years. They are very professional. Their work is excellent and timely. They are very responsive to our requests/needs. They keep us updated on all aspects of the mailing process. We will continue to use them. I recommend you do too.

From our first conversation with Tina to placing our first order, the team was fast, responsive, and genuinely fun to work with. From start to finish, their team is responsive, organized, and easy to work with—especially important when managing tight timelines around appeal drops. They’ve been reliable with both printing quality and mail handling, and everything arrives when expected. The print quality is strong and consistent, which matters to us since our direct mail is a key part of how we communicate with donors.

We've been using Allstates for a few years for direct mail campaigns for our nonprofit and they are great to work with. They are quick to respond and always provide updates when asked. Their quality of work is also great and items come out looking crisp and sharp.
