I would never use this company again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. I had whole home windows installed for $11,000. Two windows leaking badly, this is an emergency, I have water leaking when it rains. That is an emergency, water leaking into a home causing damage, you come out right away to address your company's install issues. I called and requested an estimate, to replace windows in my home, because I wanted to compare prices. A salesman came out and tried to pressure me into buying the windows. He basically told me I was wasting his time. I told him to leave my home immediately.
The salesman used pity tactics to sell my elderly mother unnecessary upgrades. I thought their final product looked very cheap. I called the owner and he informed me "that you get what you pay for, if you wanted a Porsche you should have bought one"...so that about sums up what type of company this is when one of their managers speaks this way....
I love the people at Allstate Window and Siding. Very welcoming and they make you feel like you are a part of their family. Very happy with my windows and great price that I was given.
