He was great, help me understand what was covered under my insurance.gqve me lots of helpful information.
Insurance is no fun from a customer point-of-view. It's a lot of money going out with the hope and expectation it never comes back. It can be a more palatable experience, however, with a caring agent. Luckily for me, Caleb at Allstate has made a less than fun experience, bearable and a little less confusing. Empathy is difficult to teach. Good customer representatives have it. Keep up the good work, Caleb. In fact, please spread it around!
Today my son and I had an excellent experience with Allstate Insurance. The agent was very knowledgeable and patient I would recommend this company. The price was great Thank you Caleb
Mr. Owen was a perfect gentleman to work with and explain everything to me. At the time he Found me a great price. I would recommend him to anybody.
