I worked with John Knapp. He was wonderful. He talked with me about my options and answered all of my questions. Ended up not going with this company because I didn't realize I could get a specific color (that I found with a different company) - but I highly recommend Mr. Knapp and Allstate Roofing for communiciation (and a good price).

Update. . .changed from 1 to 3 stars, got a reply from a guy through better business bureau turns out after they came back to inspect leak is from chimney not roof. Not 5 stars because I was ignored until I filed a complaint on the BBB. The initial response was great and they came to do work within 10 days of giving me my quote. The roof was a total tear off and install and the roof is still leaking in the same major spot and possibly one other spot. After two weeks still no resolution. After 3 emails I got a reply saying they would look into it, that was a week ago and still no reply.
