This place is needs a full training on customer service along with policy and procedures. Reading the reviews I was surprised, it looks like the good reviews are fake. I’ve had issues with this insurance company over and over again. Great service!! I give it 5 start i havent had any problem, now some time when customers dont get what they want they have a problem other the company or the person who serves them at the time. I got a quote with ramirez insurance today I spoke with Karen now the quote wasn't in my favor but the customer services I was provide with was perfect she took her time to explain to me about coverage, she make feel that i wasent just a client i felt welcome now my policy is about to expired in 2 month I will definitely call her back I recommend to ask for Karen.... they also do tag and title ..
